Cairo & Giza: Delivery is available across all areas and neighborhoods.
Alexandria & Coastal Cities: Delivery is available throughout all areas.
Delta, Canal & Upper Egypt Governorates: We deliver to all Egyptian governorates through trusted and authorized shipping partners.

Shipping Costs
Main Governorates: Shipping fees range from EGP 50 to EGP 150, depending on the weight and size of the product.
Large & Fragile Items: Items such as mirrors, wooden or marble pieces may be subject to special shipping fees due to additional packaging and handling requirements. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to orders exceeding a specified order value (e.g., EGP 3,000).
Product Inspection & Delivery
Shipment Inspection: Customers have the right to visually inspect their products while the shipping representative is present to ensure that the items are in good condition and have not been damaged during the transportation of glass or fragile pieces.
Partial Acceptance or Refusal: If any item is damaged during shipping, the customer may refuse to accept the damaged item and return it immediately with the delivery representative, without incurring any additional fees.
