Customers may request a product exchange in the case of a manufacturing defect or a clear issue upon delivery, provided that the request is submitted within no more than 14 days from the date of receipt. The return and exchange policy does not apply to products that are free from defects or in cases where damage has occurred due to misuse. Additionally, exchange requests cannot be accepted if the product has been used in a way that affects its original condition.

After reviewing the request, the appropriate action will be determined—either through product replacement or by offering an alternative solution that ensures customer satisfaction.
